But now a group of Russian designers believe they have come up with an invention to ease the minds of busy mothers and fathers everywhere. Russian inventors have turned a toy into a tracking device. The new designs contain a small global positioning system unit which keeps tabs on a child’s location and then sends the information to parents’ computers or mobile phones.
